At PokeyTrapKing_TCG, we specialize in collectible Pokémon Trading Card Game products. Due to the collectible nature of these items, all sales are final.
All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds after an order has been processed or shipped, except where required by applicable law.
Wholesale Preorders
All wholesale preorder payments are non-refundable. Once a wholesale preorder has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Retail Preorders
Retail preorder cancellations may be permitted only before product allocation or shipment, subject to approval. Once a preorder has been allocated or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is optional and may be added at checkout or arranged before shipment. If shipping insurance is declined, PokeyTrapKing_TCG is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage that occurs after the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
