Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment has been successfully received. Preorder items will ship once they become available.
Shipping Carriers
We ship orders using trusted carriers, including:

- USPS
- FedEx
- DHL
The shipping carrier is selected based on the destination, package size, and the most efficient delivery option.
International Shipping
We proudly offer worldwide shipping. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Freight Shipping
Large or bulk orders requiring freight or pallet shipping are quoted separately based on the order size and destination.
Signature Confirmation
Signature confirmation is available upon request to help ensure secure delivery of your order.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is optional and may be added before shipment. If insurance is declined, PokeyTrapKing_TCG is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Delivery times provided by shipping carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, customs, carrier operations, or other circumstances beyond our control are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
